• Telegram details: your Telegram user ID, username, first and last name.
• Asana details: your Asana user ID, name, email and the access credentials issued when you connect your account.
• Your content: messages you send to the bot and the Asana data needed to deliver its features, such as task, project and portfolio names, details and status updates.
• Settings: your selected workspace and the projects and portfolios you follow.
• Technical logs: records of requests and operations, kept for troubleshooting and keeping the Service running.

How we use it

Information is used only to operate the Service: to deliver notifications, create and update tasks on your behalf, and diagnose problems. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

We do not share your data

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your data with anyone. The only exchange happens with Asana and Telegram, and only as needed to provide the Service you asked for. Disclosure may happen only if required by law.

Third-party services

The Service relies on Asana and Telegram, which process your data under their own terms and privacy policies. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for their practices.

Storage and security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept for as long as needed to operate the Service. You can stop the Service at any time by sending /disconnect to the bot or by revoking Asanagram's access in your Asana settings. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, missed or delayed notifications, or interruptions of the Service.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page, and continued use of the Service means you accept them.
