Asanagram

What it does

• My Tasks updates. Know the moment a task is assigned to you, taken off your plate or completed.
• Project updates. Follow any project to hear about new tasks and status updates.
• Portfolio updates. Follow a portfolio to see new projects and their status changes.
• Quick task capture. Turn a message into an Asana task, then set a due date, reassign it or add it to projects with one tap.
• Brief. Get a list of your open tasks: overdue first, then upcoming, then undated.
• Quiet when you need it. Mute any kind of update for the day or turn it off right from the message.

Get started

1. Open @asanagram_bot in Telegram.
2. Send /connect and sign in with Asana.
3. Pick a workspace with /workspaces. Your My Tasks updates start right away.

Commands

/connect

Connect your Asana account through the official Asana sign-in. Send it again any time to reconnect.

/workspaces

Choose the Asana workspace Asanagram works with.

/brief

Get a brief of your incomplete tasks, ordered by urgency.

Great as a first thing in the morning.

/task

Create a task assigned to you. The first line is the title, everything below is the description.

Prepare Q4 report
Include revenue by region and a short summary.

Due dates accept 2026-11-15, 15.11.2026, 11/15 and an optional time like 17:30 or 5pm.

/projects

Follow a project. Send its name or just part of it.

Send launch to find “Website Launch”.

/portfolios

Follow a portfolio the same way.

Send roadmap to find “2026 Roadmap”.

/disconnect

Disconnect your Asana account and stop all updates.
